You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of Doctor’s Natural receiving your returned product. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer or shipping error on our part.

Damaged or Defective Item

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact our Healthcare Specialist within 30 days of delivery at 1-800-961-5116. Please supply the specialist with your order number and item number from your original confirmation 
e-mail. Doctor’s Natural will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner. We cover shipping charges if there was damage to the item due to shipping.

Shipping Policy

All of our products are packaged and prepared in the USA by the highest standards and are shipped through USPS at a flat rate of $5.95. 

One your order is placed, it will be shipped to you the next business day. Any order placed on a weekend will be shipped on Monday. You will receive a confirmation email notice with a tracking code once your products has shipped.  

All orders have an esimated delivery time of 3-7 business days from placing your original order.

For reoccuring orders, your products will be shipped each month on your orginal order date, and again incur an estimated delivery time of 3-7 business days anf flat shipping rate of $5.95.

In the event that another delivery method will be used, or there is any unforeseen delay on shipment, you will be informed immediately.
