For three and a half years, I suffered with rheumatoid arthritis and I had terrible pain in many of my joints. The big toes on me feet would get stuck many times a day and my hands and fingers were so swollen, sore and felt hot. Did the supplements work? Well, after just one month of taking them, I didn't have pain in my fingers, toes, feet, shoulders or knees. But it was really after three months that I no longer had an aching body or low energy and other people could see the difference. I still have rheumatic nodules on my fingers and toes and in the cold weather I "feel" my hip joints, but the important thing is that I have no pain and my joints don't get stuck or locked anymore! I am thrilled that I can play football with my 11-year old daughter and I am over the moon that our skiing holidays have once again been reinstated!
